Details of the upcoming Asus Eee Note EA800 e-book reader / digital tablet, which was previously called the Eee Tablet has emerged. Asus Eee Note combines a digital notepad with an e-book reader, with a display of “ultra sensitive” touchscreen that can be used to read even in broad daylight. This device uses touch technology from Wacom.

EA800 Asus comes with a glass screen 768 × 1024-sized 8-inch screen with a matte finish for smooth writing and sketching using a stylus is provided. E-book reader has a 4GB internal memory sufficient to store up to 10,000 or 20,000 ebook handwritten notes, and was accompanied also a microSD expansion slot. Asus Eee Note already has a built-in WiFi 802.11b / g connectivity and support Evernote.

E-book reader Asus offers native support for PDF, ePub, MP3, JPEG, BMP, GIF and PNG files as well as txt, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx document.

Asus Eee Note EA800 has a micro USB for PC connection and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Using a 3700mAh battery that can hold up to 13.5 hours when used continuously read and write.
